Yes, you will be able to avail of your membership benefits and offers once you present your active membership card. This can be your physical membership card or digital membership card in the Dublin Airport App. The name on your membership card must match that on your boarding pass. Only the named membership card holder can use The Airport Club service. To ensure your safety, all card type usage is monitored. If we detect any unusual activity, your membership will be frozen, and we will contact you immediately.

Yes, you can continue using your physical membership card. This will arrive within 7-10 working days after joining The Airport Club. If you wish to avail of your membership benefits sooner, you can add your digital membership card to the Dublin Airport App.

No, you will have to remove your current digital membership card and add your new card. You will need your new eight-digit membership card number and the email you used to purchase your membership. A guide on how to activate your digital membership card can be found here.

Yes, you can re-add your digital membership card to the Dublin Airport App. Enter the eight-digit number found underneath the barcode on the back of your physical membership card and the email address you used to purchase your membership.

Yes, you can store your digital membership card on multiple devices. The name on your membership card must match that on your boarding pass. You do not need to pre-book the car park in advance. You just drive up to the barrier of your designated car park where your registration plate will be scanned, and if correct, the barrier will lift automatically on entry.

Should the barrier fail to lift, please scan your membership card to lift the barrier. If all of the above fails, please press the buzzer and speak to the car park controllers and provide details of your membership card.

In order to validate your parking privileges, the system will recognise the car with the license plate details provided when purchasing your membership.

If you attempt to enter a car park with a different car to that provided during the purchase process, the system will ask you to insert a credit or debit card or take a ticket. You should notify The Airport Club team by email if you intend to use a different car, a minimum of 3 days prior to travelling. Please contact The Airport Club team using the  contact form here.

At the car park entry:

If the barrier does not rise, you can scan your digital membership card in the Dublin Airport App at the car park barrier. Alternatively, you can press the call for help button.

At the car park exit:

If your license plate was not recognised when entering the car park, it may still be recognised when exiting. However, if the barrier does not rise, you can scan your digital membership card in the Dublin Airport App at the car park barrier. Alternatively, you can press the call for help button.

Please note you may only have one vehicle parked in any car park at any one time. Membership car park usage is monitored and only the named membership card holder can use the Airport Club parking service. To ensure your safety, if we detect any unusual activity or excessive usage, your membership will be frozen, and we will contact you immediately.

The Airport Club Diamond members should only park in designated parking spaces in the Premium Car Park. Any Diamond member parked in a Drop & Go Parking, Chauffeur or PRM space will be towed or receive a fine. Both the T1 and T2 Premium Car Parks have electric charging spaces available which are clearly marked.

If there are no spaces available in the Premium Car Park you may park elsewhere in the Short-Term Car Park and the barrier will lift to allow you to access these car parks. The Premium Car Park in T2 is located on level 3. The Premium Car Park in T1 is accessible through entrance C and located on Level 1.

• • Follow directions to the dedicated Drop & Go Parking zone passing through the damage recognition system.


• • A team member will greet you, check in your vehicle, register your keys in our track and trace system and give you a personalised receipt card.


• • The card contains a unique barcode that you will use to retrieve your keys in the self-service lockers upon your return.


• • Your vehicle will be moved by our trained team to a secure onsite Dublin Airport owned vehicle park.


• • Upon your return, your vehicle will be ready for collection in the same place you dropped it, at the Drop & Go Parking zone, located at Level 3 Terminal 2 Short Term Car Park.


• • The Drop & Go Parking team will be on hand 24/7 to help with any queries, the reception desk is located near the lifts on Level 3 in the Terminal 2 Short Term Car Park.

Present your membership card to the security staff at the Fast Track security entrance. Your boarding card will be scanned and then your membership card. To find out more about Fast Track, click here.

Present your boarding card and Airport Club membership card to a Dublin Duty Free sales assistant when paying for purchases.

You can only avail of the up to 15% discount in Dublin Duty Free. This discount will exclude the following brands and purchases – Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury, Tobacco, selected high end alcohol and gift cards. The other shops in Dublin Airport do not offer discounts to The Airport Club members.

As a member of The Airport Club you can avail of a selection of lounges in Terminals 1 and 2, including The Martello Lounge and the 51st&Green lounge which is located after US Preclearance. To find out more about our lounges, click here. All that is required, is to show your membership card with your membership number at reception and your boarding pass.

Please note that access to the lounge is subject to availability and we will redirect you to the closest available lounge if we are not able to accommodate you. The Airport Club Gold members can bring a plus one with them to the lounge and Diamond members can bring up to two guests. These guests however must arrive with you and be travelling on the same flight.

No, snacks and drinks are included in the price, along with Wi-Fi, luggage storage and shower facilities.

Please note that complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to two per person as per the terms and conditions. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by persons over the age of 18.

They simply need to enter the membership number in the ‘Refer a Friend Membership Number’ box when joining The Airport Club and we’ll look after the rest. The membership number is the 6 digit number located on the front of the card.

We will then issue you with a new membership card. You may continue to avail of your membership benefits if you have added your digital membership card to the Dublin Airport App. Instructions on how to download your digital membership card can be found  here.

Yes you can use your membership card in both Terminals at Dublin Airport. You must provide your boarding card with your membership card for validation.

The Airport Club membership card is only valid in Dublin Airport and is not valid in any other airport.

Yes, personal information that you provide to us when joining The Airport Club will be processed by Dublin Airport securely and for the sole purpose of operating The Airport Club.

Dublin Airport may be obliged to disclose your data to third parties who provide services to Dublin Airport in operating Airport Club such as, companies who print The Airport Club cards on our behalf. All data is processed securely and no third party provider will retain member information.

Yes, to correct or update any personal data held by The Airport Club, please contact the Airport Club team by completing the contact form here. The following items can be amended -

You can also make changes when you are renewing your membership.

To end your membership before it is due for renewal, please contact The Airport Club team by completing the contact form here and return your membership card to the following address:

If you wish to end your membership for any reason within 14 days from the date on which you made the purchase, and you have not yet started using any of the services available to members of The Airport Club, you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to end your membership after using any of the services of The Airport Club, you will not be entitled to a refund of the full amount and will be charged for services used at applicable rates. See terms & conditions for further information.

Before your membership expires, we will send you an email to remind you to renew your membership. To renew, please follow the instructions in this email.
