Check-in
For passengers on the earliest morning departures, please note that Security in T1 is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, while Security in T2 opens from 04:00.
We advise passengers to arrive at their terminal 2 hours before departure time for short-haul flights, and 3 hours before long-haul flights.
If you are checking bags or travelling in a group you should allow more time.
Passengers should always check with their airline before their day of travel to get up to date advice on check-in & bag drop opening times. Please check our flight information screens in the terminals should there be any changes to your check-in area/check-in desk.
Terminal 1
The check-in desks in Terminal 1 are located on the first floor of the building. Please see below the list of airlines in Terminal 1 and their check-in times and locations.
Terminal 2
The check-in desks in Terminal 2 are located on the ground floor of the building. Please see below the list of airlines in Terminal 2 and their check-in times and locations.
Tips on how to use your airline’s self-service kiosks and bag drop service:
- Remove all old tags & labels from your luggage.
- Place luggage on to the self-service kiosk.
- Tag your bag correctly with barcode facing upwards.
- Tie up all loose straps to prevent snagging.
- Luggage should be placed in the Bag Drop area with wheels facing upwards.
- Large size baggage must be brought to Oversize Baggage Area located in the departures hall in both terminals
