Duty Free Voucher competition rules (the Rules)

daa plc (Dublin Airport) is organising this competition. The entry mechanism involves completing an entry form on dublinairport.com. The competition will close on the 23 July 2025 at 23:59.

Prize: Win a €75 Dublin Duty Free Voucher (the Voucher)

• You may enter the competition by:
  • accessing the competition entry form through the Dublin Airport online newsletter
  • filling out an entry form on dublinairport.com
  • you must do so during the competition period which will run from lunchtime on 16 July 2025 until 23:59 23 July 2025.
• Your entry into in this Dublin Airport competition means that you accept these Rules and any additional competition specific rules which may be advertised.
• If you win the competition, we will contact you using the email included in the entry form for the competition.
• If your personal details are incorrect during the competition period, we will disqualify you from the competition and select a new winner. We reserve the right to disqualify you in our sole discretion if you do not comply with these Rules.
• If you win the competition, you may use the Voucher in Dublin Airport Duty Free or Cork Airport Duty Free. The Voucher will be valid for 5 years from the date of issue. The Voucher must be used in-store only and may not be used for online purchases. If you win the Voucher you must be travelling from either Dublin Airport or Cork Airport to use the Voucher.
• There is no cash alternative for the Voucher and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers.
• The winner will be selected from valid competition entries. Dublin Airport’s decision on selection of the winner is final. Dublin Airport will not reply to any queries in relation to the selection of the winner. Entrants must live in the Republic of Ireland and be aged 18 or older. Employees of Dublin Airport or Cork Airport, their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter or win the Voucher.
• The prize cannot be changed or exchanged. Only the winner will be awarded the prize and it is not transferable. If you win we will notify you by email using the address you provided in the entry form for this competition. You must respond to the email within 7 days and provide us with a delivery address for the Voucher. The Voucher will be sent to you by post. If you do not respond to the message to claim the prize, the prize will lapse and we reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Rules.
• Dublin Airport will only use the winners personal data provided for the sole purpose of administering this competition.
• We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without giving any notice. Dublin Airport will reject entries that are incomplete, delayed, or corrupted due to technical or system issues and will reject entries not received on time.
• These Rules are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Dublin Airport’s decision is final concerning all competition matters and these Rules.
• Duty free allowances and requirements apply to the country that you are entering, not departing from. It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchases with the Voucher comply with the customs allowances and requirements of any country you intend to enter with products bought in Duty Free.
• If you win the Voucher and misplace it Dublin Airport does not provide a replacement.
