Dublin Airport is delighted to welcome the launch of Ryanair’s twice-weekly service to Billund in Denmark.
The new year-round service will operate on Mondays and Fridays.
“We are delighted to see Ryanair’s route network go from strength to strength,” said Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison.
“Billund a beautiful, picturesque town in the centre of Denmark and the home of Lego so I have no doubt it will be a very popular destination for families. We will continue to work closely with Ryanair and its management team to promote this new service,” he added.
Almost 25.5 million passengers have travelled through Dublin Airport in the first nine months of the year, a 5% increase when compared to the same period last year. Dublin Airport has welcomed an extra 1.3 million passengers in the first nine months of the year.
Dublin Airport has flights to almost 200 destinations in 43 countries, operated by 53 airlines and is the 11th busiest airport in the European Union.
