UK traffic declined by 97% when compared to pre COVID levels as almost 30,000 passengers travelled to and from Britain in April.
Passenger volumes to and from North America decreased by 95%, as over 18,000 passengers travelled on transatlantic routes in April.
Other international passenger traffic to the Middle East fell by 95%, with almost 4,000 passengers travelling during the month. The number of passengers on domestic routes decreased by 82%, as more than 1,400 passengers travelled this route sector last month.
Almost 575,000 passengers have travelled through Dublin Airport in the first quarter of this year, representing 94% decrease when compared to pre COVID levels.
