Dublin Airport is commencing work to upgrade its internal roads system.
The work, which is weather dependent, will start tonight, Wednesday July 14, and will continue nightly from 8pm until 4am for a period of 15 weeks.
During this time traffic will be reduced to one lane and a full traffic management system will be in place.
“Dublin Airport operates in a safety culture environment and continuous maintenance across the airport’s campus is paramount to ensure all areas of the airport are safe for all users,” said Dublin Airport Spokesperson, Siobhán O’Donnell.
“The works are taking place now and at night to minimise disruption to the operation while current traffic volumes are low,” she added.
Dublin Airport apologises for any inconvenience caused by these essential road works and would like to thank all airport users for their cooperation and understanding while this work is taking place.
