daa, the operator of Dublin and Cork airports, has opened up its graduate scheme for applications. daa is seeking applications from ambitious graduates who want to join one of Ireland’s most exciting and progressive graduate schemes.
A total of 20 places are up for grabs in the daa’s two-year programme which will commence in September 2024. Applications for the scheme are now being accepted from graduates up to two years out of college, with a closing date of Sunday, November 19, 2023.
About daa’s Graduate Programme
Graduates joining the programme receive a structured personal development programme, comprehensive induction, international assignments, peer mentorship and executive coaching, job rotation and role specific training as well as executive masterclasses and monthly meets with daa’s CEO.

Areas we are recruiting for under the programme
Graduates looking to pursue the generalist stream have the opportunity to work across business areas including Airport Operations, Global Retail, Strategy, Planning and Regulation, Health and Safety, Commercial, Marketing, HR, Project Management and many more. Successful graduates will have the opportunity to rotate across different parts of the daa operation both in Ireland and internationally while developing a broad understanding of how the wider business works.
Finance stream graduates will pursue a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) as well as planned rotations to gain exposure to our tax and treasury teams, our international business and our business partnering finance teams.
daa is also looking for graduate civil engineers to join the team. Working within daa’s Infrastructure Department for Dublin and Cork airports, the role of the Graduate Civil Engineer is to support the activities of the various units within the Infrastructure Department, namely, Functions, Delivery and Advisory.
daa’s Data and Analytics team have exciting opportunities for data and analytics graduates to join the team which have been recognised as industry leaders in the field of analytics in Ireland recently winning the Analytics Innovation Award at the annual Analytics Institutes awards for 2021. Graduates will be part of daa’s award-winning team who provide data and analytics solutions to Dublin Airport, Cork Airport and ARI International covering all business areas.
The requirements for the daa Graduate Scheme are:
- Recently graduated (or expect to graduate) with a minimum 2.1 bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
